Our safari vehicles are all converted into custom-built safari cars, with pop-up roof to enable visitors to view wildlife better. Vehicles are fitted with thickly-cushioned individual seats. Minivans carry a maximum of 7 persons; 4-wheel drive, 5 persons and everyone is guaranteed a window seat.

All safari vehicles have two-way radio communication equipment fitted to keep in contact with our offices. A cool box, a pair of binoculars and reference books on mammals, birds, flora and fauna are all standard equipment in each safari vehicle.

DRIVER GUIDES
When you book with Mwanzo you are assured driver-guides who are extensively trained, qualified and experienced. Their knowledge spans over virtually everything you will encounter on safari - the wildlife, flora and fauna, the birdlife, the people and the local culture. Each driver-guide undergoes a rigorous and mandatory training program.

We realize that people differ in their preferences of hotels, lodges and camps. We therefore believe you would find our apartments irresistible “Home to Home Aprtments”. However, we do assist in acquiring any form of accommodation to your desire.

• We organize and operate safaris to all National Parks of Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru treks via all routes, Beach holidays to the Islands of Pemba and Zanzibar, visits to Bushmen tribes around Lake Eyasi and trekking the Ngorongoro Crater highlands.

• Wildlife Safaris operated using our fleet of four wheel drive vehicles, which is maintained in top condition. The windows and vehicles are custom built; they have pop-up roofs, sliding window and individual window seats. Our outstanding Tanzanian Safari Guides are careful, courteous, knowledgeable and speak English, French, Spanish and other European language.

• Trekking Safaris are led by our company professional and licensed Mountain Guide, porters and cooks. They all go into great length to make sure that trekking Safaris are an adventure and not a risk. In additional to formal training they have an average of wide experience.

• For mountain climb, Wildlife Safari or Beach holidays Mwanzo Safaris makes sure that there is something to cater for every budget group. We therefore offer our client the choice of traveling Deluxe Superior, Standard or budget. We also cater for individual travelers and groups or Incentive Tours also we are providing flying doctor within East Africa in case of any emergency in the National Park.
